To ensure a peace of mind with your property, we would like to kindly remind you that as per Clause 6.2(a)/5.2(a), of the Lease Agreement: ‘you shall be responsible to pay for all outgoings and maintenance fees in relation to the said property’. Hence, it is crucial that you pay and settle your maintenance charges with the respective Joint Management Body (JMB) promptly.
Please note that in the event the Bank is notified by the JMB of any outstanding amount exceeding three (3) months, we will take immediate action to settle the outstanding balances on your behalf. We highly encourage you to make the necessary payments in a timely manner to your respective JMB to prevent any redundant payments made by us on behalf of you. Following this, the Bank will directly debit the same due amount from your account as part of the reminder given for the total monthly due and payable. Please be reminded that any insufficient payment might impact your CCRIS record.
